Its grafitti, don't know what it signifies. Could be political. Some of the other grafitti on the same wall was more violent, some looked like gang grafitti. Its on the side wall of a business named Casa de Zorro, which either sells fabric or bikes (or both?). Hard to tell from the outside.

Obviuosly a circus theme, but I wonder what Esta is.. perhaps just a tag. nice graffiti though, some is just destructive and not nice to view at all. I wonder though by posting it, it makes the graffiti more successful and we are encouraging vandlism? Perhaps I'm being too deep!
Good shot louz, well done.

I always admire any kind of drawings, paintings and in this case grafitti. Perhaps coz I can't do any of those! Good catch, Louz.

Louz, I would love to see the other parts of the grafitti, violent or not because this seems to be a statement from the Hispanic community and I'd love to figure it out, if I'm right.

Esta used in this context means (according to my Spanish dictionary) "here, this town".

I have mixed feelings about grafitti. And had mixed feelings abut posting the photo. I don't think its unreasonable to see it as art, if done well. And as a way to make political statements I think its pretty significant, though less so here than elsewhere. On the other hand, I heard someone say recently, "if you like grafitti so much, why don't we invite them to come over to your house." I wouldn't want that. I would like to see public places where its encouraged and accepted however that's probably not what the grafitti makers have in mind.

Kate, there's a little girl bleeding! And the gang stuff is just letters in vaguely gothic script. You'd have to be them to know the significance. I also tend to think more than one person painted on that wall.
